Because we are continuously expanding the WeGoShop.com grocery delivery areas, the best way to determine if the area that you want to service is available to you is by visiting the Delivery Areas page for further information. If the WeGoShop.com service is already being provided in the area you want to service, unfortunately it is not available for you to become an Associate Owner.

 What exactly is a territory and how many can I have? back to top

We consider a territory to be a city or town or part thereof. You may have as many territories as you can effectively service within your local / regional area. We do not want any Associate Owner to choose a territory that they can not effectively service just to keep another Associate Owner from coming in. You may also choose to service only a certain area of a city, in this case please choose the areas based on zip codes.

If I want to expand my territories in the future will it cost more? back to top

No, there will be no additional cost to expand your territories within your local / regional area. However, it will be at our discretion of whether we feel that the expansion of your territories can be effectively serviced by you.

What if their are certain areas of a territory that I do not want to service for one reason or another? back to top

In a case like this, we will need to know the name of the territory and all of the zip codes that you are willing to service. We will then list on the web site the service areas for that territory by zip code only.

What is the kind of income that can be made in my area providing the WeGoShop.com service? back to top

Your income potential is unlimited. Though we cannot guarantee to you the kind of income that you will make by providing the WeGoShop.com service, we honestly believe that with honest effort, work and determination you can make a very respectable income.

Can you give me an approximate idea as to the type of income that other Associate Owners are making? back to top

Unfortunately we cannot provide any ideas as to the type of income that other Associate Owners are making. Because this is your business, we feel that it is none of our business to ask. Also, we do not report any of your income to any agency, because we simply do not know. We cannot guarantee a response but your best bet to get this question answered is by contacting current Associate Owners.

Can I use a different business name other than WeGoShop.com as an Associate Owner? back to top

Yes! Many of our Associate Owners are already in business for themselves and do not want to change their current business name or they simply want to come up with one of their own. The WeGoShop.com web site is merely a marketing vehicle that you will utilize to promote and expand your business.

Can I use my own merchant account or PayPal to accept credit cards? back to top

You are permitted to obtain your own merchant account if you wish, at your own cost. PayPal, as well, allows you to utilize them as a merchant provider and accept credit cards directly to your virtual terminal for a monthly fee. You will need to visit PayPal for more information about this feature.

How does it work if I utilize WeGoShop.com to process credit cards for me? back to top

Credit card transactions are submitted to the WeGoShop.com home office for further processing via a special secured web site. All original, signed credit card transaction slips (hard copy) are to be faxed or scanned and emailed to the WeGoShop.com home office for verification. Upon receiving the faxed or scanned and emailed hard copy, WeGoShop.com will reimburse to you by mailing you a check or depositing to your PayPal account within 48 hours of deposit for the net amount due to you as an Associate Owner, after deducting a 3% processing and .35 cent transaction fee. In some cases, based on the financial institution that you use, we may be able to directly deposit your reimbursement to your bank account.

What if procedures of operation listed on the web site do not fall in line with my idea of how this business should be run? back to top

In order to become an Associate Owner you must follow the operational procedures of the WeGoShop.com web site. Because our web site is public information, we want for all Associate Owners to conduct their operation in the same manner. This way if a customer who uses the WeGoShop.com service at home decides to vacation, visit or tell a friend of your service, they will be sure that the service does not differ from area to area. The only difference that they may expect is service hours and the cost of our service.

Can my online orderform have food and/or product categories listed? back to top

At this time, no. Based on our research and surveys, the average consumer prefers ease and convenience over substance. Therefore, the easier we make it for the customer to just type out their list of exactly what they want without all of the "fluff", the more convenient it is.

Exactly how do I get paid? back to top

You are paid directly by the customer when you deliver their grocery order.

What is the typical shopping and delivery fee that most other Associate Owners charge? back to top

There is no typical delivery fee. Nearly all of our Associate Owners charge what they feel the market in their area can or is willing to pay. Our suggestion though is to set up at least a three tiered pricing schedule based on the dollar amount of groceries that is purchased. For example: Charge a $12.50 shop and delivery fee for a grocery total up to $150.00, $20.00 for a grocery total between $150.00 and $300.00 and 10% of the grocery total for groceries totaling over $300.00.

Can I contact other Associate Owners to determine how this business is working out for them? back to top

Yes. You are free to contact any Associate Owner you wish, whether it is via email or by phone. However, please keep in mind it is not the responsibility of any of the Associate Owners to "sell" the opportunity. Though we encourage for all Associate Owners to speak with potential Associate Owners like yourself, their main focus is to grow their local WeGoShop.com business. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any Associate Owner will respond to your inquiry.

All it takes is just a little research. Select a State or Territory within our Delivery Areas link and choose a city. You will then be brought to the information page for that Associate Owner.

Lets say I become an Associate Owner how long do I have to remain one if I decide it's not working for me? back to top

Although we truly believe that this business can thrive anywhere, we understand that this business may not be for you for any number of reasons. All we ask is that you give us a 30 day notice of terminating your Associate Owner status. This way we have an opportunity to possibly bring in a new Associate Owner to pick up where you left off.

How can I find out the level of interest for this service in my area? back to top

If service is not currently available in a particular area of interest, we ask for potential customers to complete an online form so that we may notify them when service does become available.

As harsh and unconventional as this may sound we are no longer providing this information until after you have become an Associate Owner. Why? Please pay close attention. First, it is an extremely exhaustive search for us to narrow down exactly how many potential customers have submitted their information for a particular area of interest. We already have each state narrowed down, however cities and counties are another story! Second, we do not wish for you to make a decision to become an Associate Owner based on the number of potential customers that we may have waiting in your area. We do not need Associate Owners with this mentality. We feel that this mentality is the "something for nothing" mentality. If you are not willing to market or promote your business to your local community with the tools and information that we provide, and you just want to "live" off of the potential customers that we may have for you, then you really do not want to be in business for yourself and we do not want you to be a WeGoShop.com Associate Owner.

We will tell you this however, it's unfortunate, but its the truth. About 95% of potential customers do not take the time to complete our request because they are looking for service "NOW". Generally when they determine that service is not available in their area by WeGoShop.com they will simply leave our site and search the web in hopes of finding a service that can provide to them "NOW". Even though they may not find service immediately available to them by another company, they generally do not return to our site to complete the form. Simple human nature. When we want something, we want it "NOW"!

Are there any special license, bonding or insurance requirements? back to top

In most cases no, there aren't any special bonding or insurance requirements. And WeGoShop.com does not require such. However, laws do vary from state to state, county to county or even city to city. As an Associate Owner it will be your responsibility, not WeGoShop.com, to determine whether or not these restrictions would apply to you in your local area.
